By purchasing a ticket and attending any Auckland Girl Network event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

All tickets are strictly non-refundable. Tickets cannot be transferred to another event or credited. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to resell your ticket privately via the Auckland Girl Network Facebook Group. Please note that Auckland Girl Network does not manage or oversee ticket resales and is not responsible for any transactions between individuals.

For events that may be impacted by weather, a postponement date will be outlined in the event details. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to both the scheduled date and the postponement date. If the event is moved due to weather, tickets will automatically transfer to the postponement date. Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend the postponement date.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

All participants attend at their own risk. Auckland Girl Network is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of attending an event. Please ensure you take care of your own wellbeing and inform the facilitator of any relevant health concerns before the event begins. Any pre-existing conditions are your responsibility, and participation in all activities is voluntary.

Photography & Media Usage

Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes by Auckland Girl Network, our ambassadors, sponsors, and third-party collaborators. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials, including social media, website content, and promotional campaigns.

Age Requirement

Auckland Girl Network events are for women aged 20 and over. ID may be requested if you appear under 25.

Respect & Conduct

Auckland Girl Network is a community built on kindness, openness, and mutual respect.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others, without refund.

Event Changes & Cancellations

Auckland Girl Network reserves the right to make changes to event details if required, including venue, timing, or format. If an event is cancelled by Auckland Girl Network, a full refund will be provided.

Advertising Imagery Disclaimer

Photos used for advertising purposes are only a reference and will vary slightly to the actual event.
