Auckland Girl Aerial Yoga - 18th May (11am)

Treat yourself to a beautiful morning of Aerial Yoga at Altitude Pole & Fitness Onehunga. This session is all about slowing down, stretching out, and enjoying the moment. With the support of a soft hammock, you'll flow through gentle poses, focus on your breath, and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready to take on the day.

When: Sunday 18th May
Time: 11am - 12pm (please arrive by 10.50am to get set up on your silk).
Where: Altitude Pole & Fitness Onehunga - 26A Princes Street, Onehunga, Auckland 1061.
Parking: Plenty of parking available on Princes Street right by the studio.
Attire: Leggings are recommended. Make sure you bring a water bottle!
Cost: $29.99 per ticket

About the Event: Aerial Yoga focuses on gentle movement and breathwork, allowing your body and mind to relax. It includes hammock supported traditional yoga moves and aerial poses. All levels welcome, including complete beginners!
