About the Event: Our Auckland Girl Book Club is a safe and supportive space where women come together to reflect, share, and connect. Since this is our first self help book club, we’re excited to explore this new genre together. Whether this book gave you the clarity you needed, made you think twice about how you show up in your relationships, or simply offered a helpful perspective, we’d love to hear how it landed with you. Join us for a thoughtful Sunday morning of conversation, connection, and community with other girls who are all about self development.
In The Let Them Theory, Mel Robbins invites us to stop overthinking and overextending, and instead embrace a mindset shift that’s simple but life changing: let them. Let them judge. Let them leave. Let them talk. By releasing the need to control what others think or do, we create space for peace, authenticity, and clarity. Honest, relatable, and deeply empowering, this book is perfect for anyone ready to set boundaries and take their power back, one “let them” at a time.
