Join us for our Auckland Girl Hiking Club event as we explore the Auckland City Walk, Upper Kauri, Long Road and Fence Line Tracks Loop in the Waitākere Ranges. This 10km loop takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours to complete and winds through beautiful native bush, towering kauri trees, peaceful forest trails, and picturesque waterfalls along the way.
We'll be starting from the Falls Road trailhead and making our way around the loop, which combines four different walking tracks through the Waitākere Ranges Regional Park. Along the way, we'll walk beneath impressive kauri trees, pass through native bush, and take a short detour to the beautiful Cascade Falls before continuing around the loop. With a mix of steady climbs, varied terrain, and plenty of scenic spots to stop and take in the views, this hike is a great way to get outdoors, challenge yourself, and meet other outdoorsy girls within our community.
In the event of rain, this event will be postponed to Saturday 5th September. Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend the postponement date, so please ensure you are available for both dates when purchasing a ticket.
