Come and experience Pole Fitness at Altitude Pole & Fitness Onehunga. If you’ve ever wanted to try pole but felt a little nervous, unsure what to expect, or didn’t want to go alone, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a go alongside other Auckland girlies who are also trying it for the first time.
Our special Auckland Girl event gives you the chance to experience pole in a one hour session, in a supportive and welcoming environment where you can move your body, build confidence, and share the experience with other girls in the community.
Where: Altitude Pole & Fitness Onehunga - 26A Princes Street, Onehunga, Auckland 1061.
Parking: Parking available on Princes Street near the studio.
What to bring: Shorts and a sleeveless top are best for grip (but wear whatever makes you feel comfortable). Make sure you bring a water bottle.
About the Event: You’ll start with a gentle warm up before spending time learning basic spins and transitions on the pole, with plenty of play time and the chance to learn a simple flow. This session is beginner friendly and all about trying something new, building confidence, and feeling supported in an inclusive space.
No experience is needed, just come along with an open mind and ready to give it a go.
This session will be led by one of the lovely instructors at Altitude Pole & Fitness. There won’t be an Auckland Girl community leader present for this event, but you’ll be well looked after by the Altitude team.
