Come spend your Saturday with us at Reform Commercial Bay. We’ll start with a 45 minute Reformer Pilates class that’s designed to be beginner friendly, so don’t worry if it’s your first time on the reformer, most of the girls are trying it for the first time too.
Location: Reform Commercial Bay - 7 Queen Street, Auckland CBD. The studio is on Level 2 of Commercial Bay (same level as the food court).
Parking: Downtown Car Park, 31 Customs Street West ($2.50 per hour).
What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes, a pair of socks and a water bottle.
About the Class: This 45 minute Reformer Pilates class is a full body workout that uses spring resistance and slow, controlled movements to strengthen and lengthen your body in a safe, low impact way. Expect a serious core burn while improving control and mobility, and enjoy the supportive guidance of the instructor as you move at a pace that works for you.
Lunch: After class we’ll head to the food court together to refuel and connect. With plenty of delicious options to choose from, you can order whatever you like and enjoy lunch with the group.
Please note: Lunch is not included in your ticket and is at your own expense.

Refund Policy: All tickets are non refundable. Tickets cannot be transferred or credited towards another event. If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to resell your ticket via our private Auckland Girl Network Facebook Group. Please note that Auckland Girl Network does not manage or oversee ticket resales.
