About the Book: This month we are discussing Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller. Drawing on the science of attachment theory, the authors explore how our early experiences influence the way we connect with others in adulthood. By introducing the three main attachment styles, anxious, avoidant, and secure, they explain why we behave the way we do in relationships and how understanding these patterns can help us make healthier choices. About the Event: Our monthly book clubs are a chance to connect with other women, share your thoughts, and see the book through a different lens. Guided questions help spark the conversation, but the best part is hearing what stood out for each person and where the discussion takes us. It’s relaxed, engaging, and always filled with plenty of laughs. The book must be read prior to attending so you can fully take part in the discussion on the day.
