Come spend your Saturday morning with us at RIDE Cycle House for an energizing spin class that’s designed to be beginner friendly and suitable for all fitness levels, so don’t worry if it’s your first time on a spin bike. This is a fun way to move your body, try something new, and connect with other girls in the Auckland Girl community.
Where: RIDE Cycle House, 31 Woodside Ave, Northcote, Auckland 0627.
Parking: There is street parking available nearby.
What to bring: Normal gym shoes, a sweat towel, and a water bottle. If you’d like to shower after class, please bring your own shower towel.
About the Event: This spin class is a high energy, music driven workout that combines cardio and strength to help you build fitness, confidence and resilience. RIDE is designed to be welcoming and inclusive, making it a great option whether you’ve done spin classes before or you’re trying it for the first time.
After the class, we'll head next door to Moreno for a coffee. This is completely optional for those that would like to connect with other girls in the community. Please note, coffee is not included in your ticket and is at your own expense.

Refund Policy: All tickets are non refundable. Tickets cannot be transferred or credited towards another event. If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to resell your ticket via our private Auckland Girl Network Facebook Group. Please note that Auckland Girl Network does not manage or oversee ticket resales.

Age Requirement: This event is for women aged 20 and over. ID may be requested if under 25.
